File Upload (and one more query)

Hi!

Thanks so much for this fantastic template! I initially purchased it last year but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to put off designing my website for over a year. Nevertheless, I'm back now and I'm plodding along, learning as I go...

I've seen in comments, etc that you have the code available to permit a file upload?

I need for my customers to be able to upload a text document, such as .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .rtf, .odt, .pages, etc, and for it to be forwarded onto a dedicated mailbox - if that is possible? Ideally, it would be similar in look to the "Enter your email", subscribe box on the Coming Soon page, beneath the countdown timer.

Also, on my site the logo@2x.png (200px) has two small grey lines on either side, I don't think this is normal. I've attached a screenshot of the logo. Can you please advise?
