FAQ Page Not Working

Question

I can't figure out why the FAQ page is not working. I need to customize that page for our website but I can't really do that if it's not working. Can you help? Thanks

This is due to your Customizations. The JS Files have not been included on your Website that Handle these functionalities. The following codes are missing:
[ch_pre]

[/ch_pre]

Please make sure that you include the necessary code required to run the default functionalities to avoid unnecessary issues.
