The FAQ function in the webpage below isn't work while switching tag.

The items of tag will twinkling and then disappear.

Hello,
You appear to be using outdated codes from Older Versions of Canvas which is why you are getting errors with the FAQs Filter functionality. Please update your codes to the Latest version from the faqs.html Template and this issue will be automatically resolved.
