The .p-* Classes are Padding Utility Classes. You can find more about the .p-* Classes here: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/utilities/spacing/ .
And the .container Class is to wrap the Content inside a Fixed Width on the Screen. More documentation about this is available here: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/layout/overview/ .
