Hi!
When viewing the page in "Inspect" mode in browser, I can see series of errors generated by the page. There are a few errors related to " failed to load resource":
the following files seem to not be found although they are there where they are supposed to be: dotted.png, iconalt.svg, preloader.gif, ...
When I hover the mouse in the inspect window over the "missing" files, I see that the path they are being looked at is this: "css/images/..." whereas the default location of these files is in "images/...". I am not sure what files erroneously sends the browser to look for these images inside the css folder.
I was trying to figure out if I did something to cause this incorrect mapping or not.
I looked up the style.css file and it correctly shows the path to let's say dotted.png as "images/icons/dotted.png", still while rendering the browser for some reason is trying to find then inside css folder.
Another type of errors I see listed are errors related to ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID resource. I figured they are related to the embedded YoutTube video (same video is embedded in the mega menu and in the page body). Do you know why these embeds generate these errors?
Please look at the image screen grab attached. Can you please clarify why do I see those errors?

I suspect some of these errors are a result of me moving the style.css file from root to the CSS folder. I did update the paths to style.css in the page head, but the links from within the style.css file are probably causing the browser to look for some images within the CSS folder.
This brings me to these questions:

  1. do you advise to move the style.css file to the normal CSS folder on the production server? If yes, what changes are needed to make to ensure that these kind of errors do not happen?

You can ignore this message. I figured out the answers to the incorrect images paths. I resolved it by inserting "../" in front of the image file location paths. Thank you!
