Error with plugins.js:490 isotope not initialized. Cannot call methods, i.e. $()

Question

I have an error occuring on this page http://montastroy.ru/proektyi
However, on the other page http://montastroy.ru/ everything is fine, though the code is identical. What can be the reason? It is installed on Modx

We have checked this out repeatedly and are still unable to locate the error! Please consider clearing your Browser Cache and Load the Page again which might fix this issue.

Additionally, regarding this error, this occurs when the Isotope JS Method is called before the Isotope plugin is initialized on the Element.
