i tried to add this theme in wordpress on my localhost. I downloaded the theme and upload the zip file but i had this error. What does this mean? Thanks!

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template (as the Title of the Item says) so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
