Under the documentation folder, there is no subfolder nor anything pertaining to forms. We have checked it thoroughly.

In the package-HTML folder, there are few HTML files of different forms, jpeg and mp4. the main file is forms.html has no instruction about setting it up. Please share the relevant files.

Hello,

For the Forms Documentation, please open the Package/Documentation Folder and then open the index.html File in your Browser. Then Navigate to the Forms Section from the Left Menus.
