with the contact form, I am testing and about to go live.
but the emails are going to my spam box.
Please see screen shot..
I understand the receiver email BUT what is the sender email for?? what should this be? can they both be the same?

It is very important for you to have a From Email (Same Domain) like no-reply@website.com so that the Email Servers like Gmail, Yahoo etc. do not block your Emails or send them to the SPAM Folder. Additionally, using SMTP is very recommended, else you can simply use the Gmail SMTP Functionality as instructed in the Documentation > Forms Section.
