Hello,

Again according to the action Attribute set on your Form: action="include/form.php", the File does exist: https://76niserver.azurewebsites.net/76ni/include/form.php . Please make sure that the File is available on this Location or the correct File Location is set on the Form's action Attribute.

This should automatically fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

Hello,

The Contact Form on this Page works fine: https://76newideas.com/2022/contact.html but there are some issues as your Website is not updated properly to the Latest Version of Canvas! Your Website uses the Latest Version of JS Codes but the HTML/CSS Codes are from the Older Version which is causing unnecessary conflicts. Make sure that all the Files are updated to the Latest Version according to the Changelogs and this issue should be automatically resolved.

Additionally, the issue also appears to be with the PHP mail() Function blocked on your Servers. You can contact your Web Hosting Providers to enable this for you or you can consider using SMTP Functionality. More Setup Instructions can be found here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ .

Hope this Helps!
