element tooltip font and box size

Hope this finds you with best of health,

May I seek your help to increase the box and font size for <abbr> element tooltip when the mouse cursor is hovered over the element.
Currently I'm using modal onload which is perfect but not suitable and practical for all small definitions I'm including in my site.
In fact, I really don't want to miss with the main configuration "style.css" file without proper knowledge, which you are definitely the master and the expert (see attached picture).

You may kindly mention the css definition here for my knowledge, and please add it to the attached style.css file which I'm using for all my website pages.

Hello,

The Tooltip displayed when hovered on the `` tags are the Browser Default Tooltips and cannot be modified so there is no styles defined for this. This has to be used in the current form.
