Hello, I don't see any ecommerce tools or documentation. Can you please explain. Is there any working shopping cart incorporated? Or any other tools?

Since Canvas is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, the Shop/Shopping Cart/Checkout Templates are included only for Design Purposes and you will need to integrate the functionality manually.
