Hello,
Since Canvas is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, it is definitely possible to extend the functionality of the Template beyond what is already included. Simply following the default guidelines for embedding the media codes within the Templates should automatically work fine.
However, since a Template or Functionality related to this is currently not included with Canvas. Any further customization or feature/functionality enhancements is your responsibility as we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .
