BTW, I searched keyword "Localhost" on forum. However, all topics I clicked were private. I suggest to hide private topics in searching result page.

However, this article doesn't solve my question.

  1. Installation:

Install a Localhost Server on your PC/Laptop. We recommend using Node/Gulp.js

  1. SCSS & Gulp.js

If you plan on using Gulp.js, first make Sure that your System already has NodeJS, NPM and Gulp installed.
After you have the above installed, ...

I have no idea how to work this out: "your System already has NodeJS, NPM and Gulp installed."

Please advice.

Thanks for your Patience!

We recommend using Gulp/SCSS only if you are already familiar with this, else you can simply use the Files directly and also Customize the CSS directly rather than using SCSS. Gulp/SCSS are provide only as an additional option for more advanced Customizations and not a requirement.

Since these are Standalone Generic Languages/Models, you will need to refer to their relevant Website for further instructions or you can find more detailed tutorials/videos on Google. NodeJS: https://nodejs.org/en/docs . Gulp: https://gulpjs.com/docs/en/getting-started/quick-start .
