Do you have any installation tutorial for one-page?

Please provide me a link if you have one. If you don't, just tell me the files or folders necessary for building one-page html.
I already checked your docmuentation, but i can't find the right folders(/css, /js, /include, /image) for building it.
(I'm about to use the one named "Frame")
