hi l used the generator but still got items in demo folder thought that the folder won't be included as shown <link rel="stylesheet" href="demos/freelancer/css/fonts.css" type="text/css">

Hello,
When using the Package Generator, only the Files that are used in a particular HTML File are sorted and included in the Final Package available for download. So the way it is working at the moment is expected and is the default behavior as the Files are sorted based on the Main Package structure. This would not cause any issues or affect your Final Website adversely. If you need to change the Locations, this has to be done manually.
