You have set of mouse-over tabs under "Browse by Category"
Those thumbnails expand normal in standard window size but once you reduce the window size. those thumbnails change to vertical tabs which you expect from responsive site
BUT those thumbnails stop expanding in vertical mode

This is not actually an error. Expanding of the Categories in Responsive Version is currently supported due to Design/UX and Performance reasons. We will definitely provide an Update if we find a better way to implement this. Thanks for your Patience.

thanks in that case, can you please advise if you have any similar example in your demos as per link below?
Hope you can tweak your code as per below example in your "demo-recipes.html"
it has two benefits as it's fully responsive and also got text shown with mouseover
please review and would be grateful if you can implement this coding in your script somehow?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the mentioned example available out of the box but you can implement this manually and everything should work fine.
