Hi. I'm having problem with the demo-nonprofit subscribe form. In this webpage, I placed the same form twice: one in the subscribe format (top), other in non subscribe format (bottom). After the form is processed, the page is supposed to get redirected to a different page. Only the non-subscribe format works. I'll post the link in separate posting and make private.

We have checked out your Codes and most of the issues are related to Customizations which is not covered by Item Support. Support is covered only for the Features and Codes included with Canvas in their default form. Further Customizations and changes are your responsibility and any changes you make to the codes and the errors caused due to this only have limited Support and we can only provide you with ideas and clues to find the issue but not the exact errors as the Customizations on your Website is kind of complex.
Regarding this issue, the error appears to be with the .subscribe-widget or .form-widget Class missing from the ``'s parent DIV. Make sure that you follow the Default Form Settings. To redirect the Form after submission, add the data-redirect="https://website.com/thank-you.html" Attribute to the .form-widget Element.
This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
Additionally, always validate your Codes using https://validator.w3.org/ and fix the errors mentioned.
