How do i delete/hide a empty menu and the Black bar on the top in the mobile device layout?

Hello,
You can simply use the Bootstrap Responsive Classes: http://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.1/utilities/display/#hiding-elements to Show/Hide Content on Responsive Devices. So to hide an Element on Mobile Devices, simply add the .d-none and .d-md-block Class on the Element.
This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
