hello, can you tell me what the data-loader-html= does? This is in restaurant theme. Specifically what is and is and does. and why are there so many?

Hello,
The data-loader-html is used to add your Custom CSS3/SVG or HTML Codes for your Page Loading Transitions. As explained here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/page-transition/ .
The .pizza Class is the Container for all the Pizza Slices and the .slice Elements are the Slices of the Pizza that are animated. You can find the CSS Codes relevant to this in the demos/restaurant/restaurant.css File.
