Data-Href Scroll Error

Hi,

I'm trying to use the scroll to functionality detailed here: http://support.semicolonweb.com/forums/topic/data-href-scroll-problem/

But am getting the same error detailed in the post which unfortunately does not have an answer published: http://support.semicolonweb.com/forums/topic/data-href-scroll-problem-error/

Basically the JS keeps on producing a (very) intermittent error and breaking the page. When the page breaks it's as if the responsive styling has been applied to the content area when in a normal browser window on desktop (all the content is forced into a narrow column on the left of the browser window).

I can provide an URL but will try to post it privately as a comment. I'll also attach screen grabs.

Thanks,
Nick.

Two screen grabs attached.

As mentioned this is intermittent error but can be reproduced after loading of pages various times in Google Chrome.

Thanks for your help.
Nick.
