Hi, thanks -
in canvas - parallax sections
The code for the parallax is below -
<div class="section parallax nobottommargin noborder dark" style="background-image: url('images/parallax/parallax-contact.jpg'); padding: 100px 0;" data-stellar-background-ratio="0.3">
looking to add a darker overlay over the paralax so that I can simply keep the white writing without the need to go and rework the image to be darker. the overlay I should be able to alter to achieve the right tone I want with the text and the image.. similar code to the following which may help you see what I am trying to achieve..
index file
<div class="darker-overlay">
CSS - style
.darker-overlay {
color: #fafafa;
}
.darker-overlay h1, .darker-overlay h2, .darker-overlay h3, .darker-overlay h4, .darker-overlay h5, .darker-overlay h6 {
color: #fff;
}
.darker-overlay a:hover {
color: #fff;
}
.darker-overlay input[type=text], .darker-overlay input[type=email], .darker-overlay textarea {
border-bottom: 2px solid #fafafa;
color: #fff;
Hope I haven't confused you at all... and I am enjoy the canvas - it is extremely good !
Thanks
Peter
Hello,
Thank You so much for the Kind Words. :)
Thank You so much for the Perfect Explanation to your Issue. Adding a Dark Overlay is already possible using the Existing Codes. Please consider using the following code:
.. Your content
This will definitely work fine. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
Great thank you for this, appreciated.
Sorry to ask although could you offer a pointer here also?
I have removed the cart from the menu on the right and I am wishing to place a couple of buttons similar to the one that works on the evanto site.. their main ones of this link https://envato.com/index.html - having a little issues and thoughts with your code. In other words placing a button in the menu without killing the menu which is does when I try similar to the green button they have "get started" - and wanted to place a functioning button like the "box / x" which is a direct link into their platforms - it work really well and wanted to work something but having issues with the menu.
Thanks
Hello,
The Header is not readily compatible with Additional Buttons. However, this can be completely possible with minor CSS. Consider using this Template: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0gjh5m6h7r9fexy/header-with-two-buttons.html?dl=1 .
This should definitely work fine. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Sorry about that stupid question - you have better things to do.
I have been working on this a little and ran into a snag.. if you could take a look at the foot on this I have a large white space and cannot seem to remove the dam thing and resize the bottom on the page for this page only...
attached is the file that I am working on which is a version of the button one you gave me.. so wondering if could offer your great assistance and give me the code to correct this and clean it up. I just want to roll this section
<div class="section dark notopmargin nobottommargin clearfix">
<div class="container clearfix">
<div class="heading-block center nobottomborder nobottommargin">
<h2 class="t300 nott" style="font-size: 32px;">More than <span class="t500 nocolor">700+</span> Templates to minimize your Development Time!</h2>
</div>
into the footer and allow a little more room on the bottom for copywright - I was thinking about seeing if position the page sub menu as a roll down into the bottom of this page where i can link out as things develop some more.. this would be this code
<!-- Page Sub Menu
============================================= -->
<div id="page-menu">
<div id="page-menu-wrap">
<div class="container-fullwidth clearfix">
<div class="menu-title">Explore <span>CANVAS</span></div>
<nav class="one-page-menu"></nav>
<div id="page-submenu-trigger"><i class="icon-reorder"></i></div>
</div>
</div>
</div><!-- #page-menu end -->
I am very thankful of your support and assistance - I have been enjoying working with the template and I am creating 3 new businesses models with it so the support you are giving me has been critical in the innovation of my message and personally developing the look and feel.. this will continue as the scope on the templates are so broad..
Hope you can help - have attached this file also index-platform.html
Thanks
Peter
