dark.css not working on mobile size

Hello,
I'm facing issue in my header elements, in desktop size they all takes the right colors but in mobile size they take a gray color,
when i opened inspect i noticed that in desktop dark.css styles are applied to these elements but in mobile there is no rule in dark are applied to these elements.

Any help would be appreciated,

i found the Solution
there was this class in header :
data-responsive-class="not-dark"

after removing it everything worked fine for me
