I'm continuing this conversation from the comments board to a support ticket.
How can I make the Shop COmbination Filter work with multiple filters? Ideally, the numbers next to the Filters would also update when you choose a filter.
I am very comfortable with PHP and jquery but I still need some help to get this to work properly.

We have gone through this and we can provide you with the codes only for Multiple Combination Filters but not the Product Number Update as this will require a lot of Custom JS Codes.
We are happy to refund your Support Extension if you would not like to go through with this as these types of Customizations require more development time and testing. Also, ideally, Support Extensions are only for Support Requests related to Codes included with Canvas and not extending the functionality or features of a specific component. We can provide you with a Custom Quote on this if you would still require the codes for the full customization but the charges will be hourly. 2 Hours ($39 per hour) for a Total of $78.

This is my fault for not reading all your documents.
I ended up spending yesterday coming up with my own solution that works pretty well. It still has a few things I would like to change, but I got the numbers to update after the sort and have successfully gotten the multiple filters to work together. I ended up going with a checkbox in the list so you can select more than one item from each list. I would be happy to share it once it's complete.
The last thing I need to do is to get the pagination to work with the numbers updating and it is all set.
