I can't customize with html / css / php. I would like to customize this template with WordPress / Element or any plugin. How do I upload and customize this template () in WordPress without coding. Can I convert this template to a theme?

Canvas is not compatible with WordPress out of the box and you will need to manually integrate it into WordPress. You can convert Canvas into WordPress if you have Coding Knowledge regarding creating WordPress Themes.
