I added css inside custom.css. it's not working. But if I add css in the master page, it works without any issue. Is there any solution. Site is not live.

Hello,
Please make sure that Live URLs are always provided as we won't be able to assist accurately without Practically checking what is causing the issue. Additionally make sure that the css/custom.css File is linked after all the CSS Files and your CSS Codes are properly overwriting the preceding the CSS. You can provide Live URLs later and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
