Hello,
I have two problems about css.
First,How to let text vertical align.
At first section of page, I wish to let text align center vertical.You could see attachment to know what I want.I need some advices about css-class using.
Second,I want to show grid layout in the blog page. How to let the divider lines between two posts aligned no matter how many line of content?
Any help would be thankful!

You will need to use the .align-items-center Flex Utilities on the DIV which includes the Text: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/utilities/flex/#align-items .
This is currently not supported by default and you will need to use Flex Utilities for the Blog Posts. Use the .align-items-stretch Classes according to your needs.
Additionally, since we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . You will need to manually code this or Hire a Freelancer to help you out.
