I am pretty sure we could all help each other out a lot of the time as people are surely having the same problems over and over again. Why not make this support into a forum so that users can help each other as well you guys. This would take some pressure off you. Also the private tickets again are not helpful. Just my 2 cents

Thanks so much for your Valuable Suggestions. We highly appreciate this.
The Support Forums were Open initially, however, due to some issues, unnecessary spam and user feedbacks, we had to make it private and protected only to the User's Tickets. Additionally, Private Tickets are set by the Users to protect their Site Information or Credentials, so we cannot really control this.
Unfortunately, currently we do not have plans to make the Forums open but we will definitely try making the Forums a better experience. Thanks for your Kind Patience.
