Hi,
Tnks for the support.

1.I can’t use package generator. Keeps showing purchase a license. Please help !

  1. Also can I able to use any element from any of the html available like mix and match, If I dont want to use the demos or If I need something else from other page?

3.PFA elements, Theres a white spacing in between, How to remove that?

  2. You can definitely use any Element from the Classic Demos and the Core Shortcodes. However, in order to use the Elements/Components from the Niche Demos, you will also need to use the CSS/JS (if required) for those Elements/Components from the Niche Demo CSS Files.

  3. Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Thanks for your reply. Initially felt tough now,feeling better with template.

this is the link, pls check the white gap in between body of elements. I want to remove that.

  1. Search icon is directed to google search, pl let me know how to fix for content search within website.

3.Footer mail option, where to change the mail id and what are the options to be changed?

4.How to give bg colour to service elements just below to Banner

5.Where to change banner slider timings and its effect of transition. I mean the initial image transition and speed to next?

6.Is there pages with side vertical menus along with main menu for sub services or categories?

  1. Remove the .mb-5 Class from the .promo DIV.

  2. Currently, only Google Custom Search is supported which indexes your Website for results. More Documentation available here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/widgets/google-custom-search-setup/ .

  3. Change the Email Address in the include/form.php File. More Documentation available here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ .

  4. Add your Background Color CSS to the .fbox-icon i Element.

  5. You can change the Speed of the Transition by editing the data-fsmasterspeed="1500" Attribute and the Pause time between Slides in the JS Initialization Codes at the bottom of the Page by editing the delay: 9000 Setting.   6. A Simple Side Nav Menu is available: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/right-sidebar.html . Or you can consider using the Nav-Tree from inside the Side Panel: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/side-panel.html .

Thanks for the support!

I changed the cx code , Pls check whether its right?
Also, search is like google common search and not specific to words of particular website..
Pls help ow to make it specific to URL.

How to give bg colour to service elements just below to Banner?
Add your Background Color CSS to the .fbox-icon i Element.

I would like to add bg colour to all the plain elements whereever I wish, How, where and what to add ?

Hello,

  1. We wont be able to tell if your CX is correctly configured. Just make sure that you have added your Website in the "Sites to Search" Input. It could take around 2-3 Days for the Google Custom Search to index your Website and then show the results accordingly. The Google Custom Search works in the same as demonstrated in the Live Previews: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/search.html .

  2. You can use style="background-color: #HEX;" to the Element or you can use css/custom.css File to define your Custom CSS Codes. However, you will need to do this manually as these are generic CSS and we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . You will need to manually code this.
