On clicking Accept the consent popup creates "cnvsUsesCookies" with value yesConfirmed, but on page refresh or navigating to another page, the popup appears again and the value is deleted, I can not understand this behaviour. Thank you

Simply remove the data-persistent="true" Attribute Setting from the HTML and this will be resolved.
