Contact form works but not with reCaptcha although it validates well

Hey, I am building only my third website and I am a complete noob. This is my first contact form and without reCaptcha used, it works well. The problem starts when I use reCaptcha. It validates well but when I hit submit button there appears a circle that keeps spinning like it is waiting for something - nothing more happens, email doesnt get sent, no message is shown.

I am using reCAPTCHA V2. I checked my keys million times as I thought the mistake lies within reCaptcha. But now I think the problem is elsewhere.

We have checked out your Website and this appears to be a Server Configuration Issue. Please make sure that the PHP file_get_contents Function is working fine on your Servers.
