Contact Form Validation - Animation keep spinning and no validation message

Hi

On my site, I submit the form and the page sends an email but then the AJAX spinner keeps on going and never displays the updated confirmation message:

I have checked the code I have used line for line and it replicates the contact.html and include/sendemail.php included in your out of the box files.

Any help would be much appreciated.I need to come up with a solution promptly.

If this can't be fixed soon then could you please advise how to stop the AJAX validation and perhaps redirect to a "Thank You" page.

I have sent the sendemail.php file to your email address on 7/10/2017 and I am waiting for your reply.

The animation spins and no validation message appears to be a problem also on your demo site at
