Contact Form SMTP Issue

Question

Hi,

I have recently purchased the Canvas theme and I have accomplished a great deal of what I was aiming for. Thank you for providing such detailed modules.

I have been working on setting up the contact form on my site, however I can't seem to get the SMTP functionality to work no matter what I do. I have tried:

changing the debug amount
using different email address
adding in authentication line

Can you please assist me with this issue, so that I can go live with my site asap?

Thank You so much for your Patience! We have tried checking out your Website and the issue is not with the Code but actually with your SMTP Port which takes forever to load. We would recommend you to please contact your Web Hosting Provider regarding this issue as they can look into this issue and fix it for you. Thanks for your Patience.
