Hi Support,
I love your contact forms and I am trying to use it in a new web project.
I bought a canvas license and copied the contact-2.html code into my template.
I followed your documentation but:
When clicking the submit button every time a video opens in an overlay. This is really strange. Could you please take a look?

We have checked out your Website and the issue is due to Custom Scripts on the Page. This is the File: https://taumelflug.de/assets/js/video-popup.js that is causing this issue.

thank you for your quick reply! That solved my problem.
The contact form works now! I get a success alert when the email was sent succesfully,
but I just cannot figure out how to set up the error alert.
I would like to get either a red field border when some text is missing or an error message that displays the error.
Right now if the message cannot be sent, nothing happens to notify the user.
I am working at this file now:

Hello,
We have checked out your Codes and this issue is again due to Custom Codes and Mixed CSS Styles on the Page. It appears that you are using CSS Codes from some other Template as well which is causing this conflict. This is the CSS File in question: http://taumelflug.de/assets/css/color-2-sicherung.css .
We recommend cleaning the HTML Codes and using only those files used in the Default Canvas HTML Files as using other template files can cause further conflicts. Additionally, since these issues are due to other Template Codes and not related to Canvas's Default Codes, support will be limited on this as currently, we provide support only for the Issues and Bugs due to the Codes provided with Canvas according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .
