Contact form sends but no send confirmation message

Question

Hi I have set up the contact form almost successfully, it sends the email and is received in my inbox but when you hit send, it send the email and then clears the form fields but doesn't give any clues that the form has been successfully sent. I looked at the documentation which says to add data-alert-type="notify" and data-loader="form". I have added these but not sure if i have added them to the correct element but still there is no notification of successful send (apart from the fact that i receive the email). Is there any chance you could take a quick look and see if all of the elements are in the correct place, i've run out of ideas.Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and have found the Issue. Everything on your Page is fine except the CSS which shows the Notifications is missing from your style.css File. Please make sure that the .toast-* Related CSS Code Blocks exists in your style.css File as it does in the Default Files that comes in the Package.
