Hello,

My contact form at http://pmafla.com/contact.html isn't working. My hosting server verified that PHP was enabled.

I'm having the same issue with my quick contact form on all pages. Please advise!

Hello,

Can you please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider with this issue and let them know that the include/sendemail.php File using the PHPMailer is throwing a 500 Internal Server Error. They can definitely check this for you as it appears that some components required for running PHPMailer might be missing from your Server Configurations.

Thanks for your Patience. Hope this Helps!

Hello,

My Web Hosting Provider can't seem to resolve the issue and I'm not familiar with server configurations. Is there another way around this? Do I have to use PHPMailer?

Thanks in advance,

Matt

Extra Note:

I'm directing the PHP form to my gmail address. I'm not sure if that makes a difference?!?

Attaching my scripts below.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank You so much for your Continued Patience!

We have run a lot of tests on your include/sendemail.php File but there is really some issue with your Servers which is not executing the PHP File required to Process the Emails. This issue can only be fixed by the Server Providers since they have access to the Root Settings which might be causing this issue. Additionally, it is also recommended to check out the Apache Error Files to find more about the issue.

Hope this Helps!
