Contact Form reCAPTCHA Help !

Question

Hi there!

I have set up a Contact Form on my website, but I keep getting a "Captcha not Validated! Please Try Again." error.
I have uncommented the lines of code after "//Uncomment the following Lines of Code if you want to Force reCaptcha Validation".
I have also entered the lines of code for SMTP (just in case), but that hasn't resolved the issue either. (NOTE: The password there is incorrect for now; my actual password didn't resolve the issue.)

I'm not exactly well-versed in PHP/email servers, so please let me know what I can do to fix this error! Thank you in advance!

Thanks for your Patience!

The Basic Requirement for the reCaptcha Validation to work properly is to have the allow_url_fopen to be enabled in the PHP.ini Configuration File. You can contact your Web Hosting Provider to enable this for you.

Hi again!

So I've updated the php.ini files to enable "allow_url_fopen", but I'm still getting the Captcha error...! However, if you press the "Send" button once, nothing happens; the second time it's pressed, the Captcha error comes up.

Is there anything else I need to configure or set up? Do I need to enable allow_url_include?

Hello, This should work fine now. Please make sure that the Private/Public Keys combination is fine. Additionally, the JS appears to be having issues since you have custom Statcounter, Google Analytics and Mailchimp codes on your Page which might not have been added correctly. Please make sure that…
