When i look in the console i see a 500 error saying he can't find the include/form.php. But as you can see in the screenshots i have the file on my server.

Hello,

According to the issue you are mentioning here it appears to be a Server issue. Additionally, according to the error on the File: include/form.php, it appears that your Server's PHP version is less than 5.6. Please make sure that you upgrade your Server's PHP engine to latest version and this issue will be resolved automatically.

Hope this Helps!

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience and more insights into your issue.

It appears that your Server is missing files from the include/phpmailer Folder which is causing this error. Please make sure that the entire include/phpmailer Folder is uploaded to your Servers and this issue should be automatically resolved.

Hope this Helps!

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

We have tried checking out the Codes you have provided us with and there appears to be no error with the Codes. However, we are definitely getting an error with the SMTP Connection. Please make sure that you are using the Proper Port/Host URL/Username/Password Combination to avoid any issues. We are also getting a Blank Response from the Servers when checking your Form PHP File: https://www.lesjardins-dejean.be/include/form.php which should not be happening if you are using the default files and the PHP File should display some sort of message. Please make sure that the Files are updated online. Additionally, if you are still facing further issues with this after making , please consider making the following tests:

  1. Add .customjs Class to the .form-widget Element.

  2. Submit the Form and provide us with the Error Message contents here so that we can make further investigations in relation to this issue.

Thanks for your Patience.
