Contact form on media agency layout not sending emails

Hi,

I am planning on launching my website this coming week, however, I have been testing the contact form on the website, and nothing is ever received when I practice sending an email.

Please could you help?

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and the Form, it appears to be sending correctly on the Browser and we are able to get a Message Successfully Sent notification.

However, if you are not receiving the Form Email in your Mailboxes (even SPAM Folder?), then the issue is with your Servers not sending the Mail correctly. We would recommend you to use SMTP instead: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/#docs-snippet-php so that your Mails are always delivered successfully.
