contact form on landing-4.html not working

I cant get the contact forms on this theme page to work, even tried the following, still not working

  1. fill up the form and submit as they are on test or remote server - got error message need to fill all field.
  2. replaced the "#" with either these files : include/sendemail.php and/or quickcontact.php, still the same error message
  3. did the same for: sendemail-subscribe.php and/or quickcontact-subscribe.php, success (after editing the form labels/field to match), but neither of them send data to Mailchimp.

In all cases, where applicable, i put in my email, name, api key, list id accordingly.

I dont know much about codes, a front end solution is what i am looking for

Currently my site creatiska.com contact buttons points to maichimp's own signup page. Not what i wanted.

So, how can i get your contact forms working flawlessly?

Hello,

The Contact Form on Landing 4 is currently not functional as is the case on the Live Previews as well. You will need to duplicate the include/sendemail.php File and Edit it according to your needs for making it work with the Landing 4 Form. Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue causing the Form to not work and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

However, the Subscription Form appears to be working fine for us. Consider taking a look at the Subscription Form in the Footer of this Page: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/index.html . Also returns an Error Message if you try to enter the same Email twice.
