Contact Form not working (still)

Hi,

Thanks again for the great work on this theme. I'm posting an open ticket here as I've had not further contact since my initial post 3 weeks ago. I've added to that a couple of times since then. The contact form has not worked at all: I've carried out the suggestions made (in the earlier message) and uploaded images and info requested.

Any backup would be appreciated.
