Contact Form Not Working Again

Hi,

You helped me last week fix an issue with the contact form on my website. It was working fine but I had to make a small change to the html on the index-luna.html page, when I uploaded a new file it is now not working correctly. Did you make a change to the index-luna.html file as well as adding the phpmailer folder? I am wondering if I have overridden a change that you made to this page.
