Contact form not working

I have used this in multiple site and never had an issue, but for some reason I am having issues in this integration. Everything seems to be working, however I am not receiving the emails.

Hi, I am trying to set up the contact (sendemail) form and subscribe php forms but they don't seem to work. They just load and nothing more. I've added my correct information according to the documentation such as email address, google keys and mailchimp key but it's still not doing anything.

This Looks like a mailchimp error - subscribe.php has no error messages of it's own, it just forwards the response from mailchimp, which in this case is 'resource not found'
Googling that error with the mailchimp keyword gives a few likely solutions, but the one here looks promising:

What I'm assuming you did: Navigated to Lists, found the list you were trying to add a member to, and took the ID get parameter out of the URL.

If that is the case, what you need to do is: Go to the admin page for the list you are trying to add a member to. Click on the Settings dropdown menu. Go to "List name and defaults". Then use the ID located in the "List ID" section of that page.
