Hello,

The Form Processor uses PHP in order to send form submission emails. Currently, the Form Processor on your Servers is not executable: https://64d40674fe1ae70e95541230--dancing-pithivier-741966.netlify.app/include/form.php . Make sure that this File is PHP executable and properly setup according to the Documentations here: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ so that the Forms can be submitted correctly.

Not executable means, that the PHP Codes is not running on your Servers and instead getting downloaded. This usually happens when PHP is not installed on the Server. You can simply contact your Web Hosting Provider and ask them to install PHP for you.
