Hi,

I've recently created a contact form at (designedforward.com/contact). I've updated both the sendemail.php and quickcontact.php files with my email address. When I click submit, I DO receive a "message sent" notification. However, I do not receive an email at the address I've specified. I've checked to see if SMTP has been set up on my server and found that it has.

Can you help me to fix this issue?

Hello,

The Default Mail Handler for the Forms is the PHP mail() Function which seems to be disabled on your Web Server and to use SMTP Authentication you will need to add the SMTP Related Codes in addition to your already added Email Address. Full Setup Instructions for the Setting up SMTP Authentication can be found in the Documentation > Widgets > Contact Forms Section. This will definitely work fine.

Additionally, please check if the Emails are being delivered to the SPAM/JUNK Folder of your Email Inbox.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
