I recently just hosted my website, but every time I test the contact form, it just shows the spinner but never sends. Can you take a look and see if you can help me get this fixed, please? I already tried using SMTP and that didn’t work either. Thank you!

We have checked out your Website and the issue with Contact Form is due to the include/form.php File not existing on your Servers: https://projectcre8.com/talk-with-us/include/form.php . Simply upload this File to its correct location and this issue should be automatically resolved.
You can also see these issues on your Browser's Developer Console so that you can quickly identify and fix these issues.

The files exist in my server and I have tried different functions to help include the file to my contact page but to no avail.
Could you please take a look at the source code, help me identify the correct function that needs to be added, and where exactly I should put it? I believe that would be really helpful for me, Thanks!
