Contact form not working

Question

ive tried everything for the past few hours.. everything appears correct. but it doesnt work

i get this error message

According to the Issue you have mentioned, it seems that the include/phpmailer Folder has not been completely uploaded to your Web Server. Please upload all the Files of this Folder to your Web Server using FTP and this issue will be automatically resolved.
