Contact form not working

Question

Sorry if this is a duplicate post, but the license glitch does not allow me to view posts by others. I copied the form info out of the 'contact-inline.html' into my one page file. The fields display just fine and they even validate required fields. But when you submit the form, there is a little swirling graphic that just sits there forever.

I did alter the include/sendemail.php to show the email we use, plus I added the SMTP info as well.

What could be the issue? The site is here: luxerone.dsstristate.net

Can you provide some kind of clue? If you spot the error, please point it out. I can't find it, nor does any errors show in the 'Developer Tools console' window. Thanks
