When the JQuery file is linked, the message is not sent and the signal proccessing remains visible (Attached in the images 1) ..... And when activating it between the plugins file and the Funcation file, JQ Query features do not work, but the message is sent(Attached in the images 2)....Of course, if I remove the JQ Query file from above, it will not work

The issue is not because of the jQuery. In fact, because of the jQuery, the processing occurs and the processing displays. The reason why it is not going away is that there might be some issue related to your Server Configurations in the include/form.php File which is causing the JS Function to get stuck. The jQuery Plugin has been loaded multiple times on the Page. Make sure that it is loaded only once.
You are using your own Form Processor. The Codes in your Website does not use Canvas's Default Form Processor. Make sure that you use the Default Codes and then provide us with a Live URL so that we can check the issues and provide you with more assistance. Thanks for your Patience.
