Contact form not sent and no refresh

Hi,

just implemented the contact form, simply copy and paste from the template triggering the parameters in the form file.
I don't use neither the autoresponder nor the SMTP. Captcha is OK

Nothing happen, no send and no refresh

can you help?

I implemented an event form that POST in a php file.
Information are well sent but how can I get a refresh of the form. Th spinning icon remains.

I also tried with SNMP - same result...

Fo information I progressed ;-)

PHP version must be higher than 5.5 to compatible with PHP mailer. Now button is working as popup message arrives but email is not sent.

I also configured in SMTP.

I solved by myself , at least I bypass the problem removing class="form-widget" and using redirection in the PHP file.
